Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Moorhead Rehab and Nursing Center is recruiting for an Assistant Director of Nursing!
The Assistant Director of Nursing duties include:
- Collaborate with Director of Nursing to develop and execute exceptional nursing care
- Providing oversight for all nurses and aides that provide direct patient care
- Train and Educate all staff on skills, regulatory requirements, and procedures
- Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and vendors to deliver high quality patient care
- Educate and Train on current State and Federal Regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
